Danny Lynn Effenbeck, 65, of Maxwell, NE, passed away at his home in Maxwell, on February 15, 2021.  Danny was born July 03, 1955 to Walter J and Billie Lee (Schneider) Effenbeck, in North Platte, NE.

Danny attended Maxwell Public School, graduating with the class of 1974. He played football in high school, enjoyed trap shooting and was a member of the Maxwell Gun Club and liked to fish. He lived in Maxwell his entire life except for a short time he moved to Texas where he worked construction. Danny worked for Western Engineering in North Platte and other various construction jobs.

Survivors include his brother Roger and wife Laura, North Platte; nephew, John Engleman and his two children; nieces, Whitney (Justin) Petska and their three daughters, Kristie (Wade) and their four boys, Shawna (Eric) Casson and their son; Aunt Lila Effenbeck, North Platte; cousins, Marion and Donna Effenbeck, North Platte, Ruth Craddick, Cozad, Dennis Meridith, Gothenburg, Deborah Studley, Scott City, KS, Gerold VanNetta, North Platte and Verlon (Elizabeth) VanNetta, Maywood, NE.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Billie Lee; grandparents; uncle's, Paul, Melvin and Martin Effenbeck.

Private family burial will be at a later date with burial at Plainview Cemetery, Maxwell, Nebraska. Memory book maybe signed, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday, February 22, 2021 at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home who is in charge of arrangements.
