David T. Mullen of Tampa, Florida passed away January 1, 2024 from complications of renal cell carcinoma.

He was born June 7, 1975 to David B. and Jonna L. Mullen in Sacramento, California at Mather AFB Hospital.  The family moved to North Platte in September 1975.  He graduated from St. Patrick's High School with the Class of 1992.

David worked for the Union Pacific Railroad, later moving to Austin, Texas and finally Tampa.

David is pre-deceased by his paternal grandparents, Gerald (Beth) Mullen and his maternal grandparents, John (Nina) Bass.

He is survived by his ex-wife, Karina and their 4-year-old son, Truett John of Tampa; father, David B. Mullen, Deming, New Mexico; mother and step-father, Lynn (Stuart) McConnell, North Platte; sister, Laura (Trevor) Morey, Dunedin, New Zealand; and 3 nieces in New Zealand.

Cremation was chosen.  A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home with Pastor Jean Anderson officiating.
