Doris Eva Martin, 77, of North Platte passed away April 21, 2025 at North Platte Care Center.  She was born October 1, 1947 to Raymond and Leona (Heath) Fisher in McCook.

Doris worked as a waitress and loved to play cards and crochet.  She also enjoyed watching Monday Night Raw.  Her family always joked that she was a member of "The Butt Sisters".  Doris was very opinionated and had a dry sense of humor.

Survivors include children, Mark Fisher and his daughter Domonique, Tina Dunbar and her daughters Kaleen and Jessica, Toni Owen and her children, Amber, John, and Sean; step daughter, Jennifer Spicer; sister, DonnaDette "Dee" (Jerry) Schwedler; 10 great grandchildren; numerous other family members and friends.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Darrell Fisher (Sandra), Deloris Ahrens (Jim), Devona Bullock (George), Darlene Branting (John); son-in-law, Craig Owen.

Cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Adams & Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
