Ernest John Mohr, age 65 died on April 18, 2026 at the Adept Nursing Rehab in North Platte, NE. He was born on June 4,1960 in Grand Island, NE. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and MaryAnn (Cook) Mohr. 

Surviving are his eleven siblings including John (Kathy) Quinlan of York, NE, William (Kay) Mohr of Kearney, NE, Jim (Mary) Mohr of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Veronica (John) Shepard of Cozad, NE, Joe Mohr of North Platte, NE, Mary Jane (Arron) Thompson of Morton, IL, Dan (Mary) Mohr of Harrisburg, SD, Sharon (Joel) Wiegand of Nunica, Michigan, Mike (Mindee) Mohr of North Platte, NE, Joany (Rodney) Thompson of Monticello, IL, and Sam (Angie) Mohr of North Platte, NE. Also surviving are his many nieces and nephews. 

As a part of his childhood, he delivered papers and hunted worms to make extra money. During his school years, he played the saxophone and participated in football and wrestling. As an adult, he worked for Weathercraft Roofing Company for 35 years. 

There will be a burial service with immediate family at the North Platte Cemetery.
