Gary W. Eaton, aged 76, passed away on March 9, 2024, at Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE.  He was born to Andrew and Olive (French) Eaton on February 24, 1948, in North Platte, NE.

North Platte was home to Gary all of his life.  Right out of high school, he began working as a truck driver, hauling fuel, anhydrous ammonia, and most recently, mail.  Gary welcomed three children into the world, Heidi, Heather, and Ben.  On February 14, 2006, he married Marcia Hall in North Platte.  The couple enjoyed camping and spending time in the outdoors.  Gary was known to be a straight forward and sarcastic man; he could dish it out but also take it.

Those that survive Gary include his wife, Marcia of North Platte; children, Heidi (Pat) Schroeder of Iowa, Heather (Terry) Therkildsen of Colorado, and Ben (Karina) Gonzales of Idaho; grandkids, Logan, Vance, and Trusten; siblings, Ellen Ruth, Peggy, and Bonita.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Andrea.
