Gary Dean Yeutter, 65, of Cozad, passed away September 17, 2021 at Great Plains Health. He was born on February 28, 1956 to Wayne and Arlene (Fisher) Yeutter in Cozad.
Gary graduated from Cozad High School with the class of 1974. After graduation he went to work for Monroe. He moved to Newman Grove and went to work for Co-Op. Gary married Norma Adams on September 4, 1981 in Johnson Lake. The couple lived in Cozad where he worked at the elevator in Lexington. He went back to work for Monroe and worked for them until they closed. Gary went to work for John Deere as a mechanic and then a route driver at Dawson Tire.
Gary loved spending time tinkering in the shop, shooting his guns, and teaching his grandkids his bad habits and everything else along the way. He loved people and never knew a stranger. Gary was an amazing husband to Norma for 40 years, an amazing father to Randi and Myriah, an amazing grandfather to Dakota, Montana, C.J., Monte, Logan, and Milee and an amazing papa to many children from Norma's daycare.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Arlene; two infant sisters; sister Nancy (Bob) Callahan.
Survivors include wife of 40 years, Norma of Cozad; son, Clinton (Michelle) Yeutter; daughters, Randi (Justin) Cook of Cozad; Myriah (Austin) Durner of Farnam; grandchildren, Dakota, Montana, C.J., Monte, Logan, and Milee; siblings, Ray Yeutter of Elwood, Ed (Ann) Yeutter of Lexington, Penny (Martin) Egbarts of Minneapolis, KS; many nieces, nephews, and cousins that hold a special place in his heart.

Services will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Farnam High School with Pastor Greg Boller officiating. Private burial will be at a later date. Those wishing to sign the book may do so noon-5:00, Friday, September 24, 2021 at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home which in charge of arrangements.
