Geoffery Lee Curtis Allen, 23, of Wellfleet, Nebraska, passed away August 12, 2021 as a result of homicide. He was born on January 23, 1998 to Gregory Allen and Rebecca Lowrey in North Platte.
Geoffery attended North Platte High school. He worked for family in their businesses and construction. He raised animals with his family at Wellfleet.
Geoffery enjoyed fishing with his grandpa Butch Cooper and raising and taking care of animals. He had a very big heart and a loving relationship with his family.
Survivors include mother, Rebecca (Andrew) Chessmore of Wellfleet; father, Gregory Allen of Arnold; daughter, Jazmin Rose Roth; unborn child with McKenzie Royal; grandparents, Jack and April Lowrey of Lincoln, Connie and Don Myers of Kansas City, MO; Dave and Kristi Chessmore of North Platte, Mashell (Craig Lush) Anderson of North Platte; great grandmother, Wanda Chessmore of Callaway; siblings, Brittanya (Ty) Sailors of North Platte, Brooklynn (Allen James) Allen of North Platte, Gillian (Brady) Filyaw of North Platte, Brenden Allen of Wellfleet, Gwendolen Allen of Wellfleet, Ryan Chessmore of Wellfleet; nieces, Maxine Allen and Lyla Filyaw; numerous other family members and many friends.
He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Charlotte (Wayne) Leaders, Margaret "Ann" Bevins, Clarence "Shorty" Lowrey, William "Tex" (Bernice) Hall, Howard Chessmore, grandparents; Harold and Joan Allen; great uncle, Mike Lowrey; aunts, Trina Davis, Brittany Cheyenne Hively; uncle; Dana Myers, cousin; Lyndsay Allen.

Services will be held Friday, August 20, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Smith officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, August 19 th from noon to 7:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5-7 at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home.
