Geraldine Louise Fowler, 75, passed away September 21, 2020, surrounded by her family. She was born December 20, 1944, in Lewellen, NE to Clifford C and Mildred G "Crippen" Shields.

Geraldine graduated from Big Springs High School and attended college in North Platte for 2 years. She married Robert Wager, to this union 3 children were born, Roberta, Aaron and Clifford. Geraldine worked as a CNA at North Platte Care Center for many years. Later she married Vern Fowler and they continue to live in North Platte. She like to crochet, music and playing bingo, as well as enjoyed cooking, attending church, going to Cody Park to watch the animals and enjoyed their Christmas display. Her family was the center of her life, especially her children and grandchildren.

Survivors included her daughter; Roberta (Stephen) Fletcher, North Platte, 5 grandchildren; Brent (Amanda) Wagner, Zach (Aspen) Wagner, Scott Sloggett all of North Platte, Season Wagner and Reed Wagner of Kearney; 4 great-grandchildren, Isabella Wagner, Olivia Wagner, Noah Wagner and Ava Wagner; Sister, Darlene Armstrong, Big Springs; several other family members and friends.

Preceded in death by, her parents, husbands, sons; Aaron and Clifford, grandparents, including Ruth Tucker.

Visitation and book signing will be from, noon to 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 23 ^th at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home.

Following CDC COVID 19 guidelines, we will comply with social distancing, masks are suggested, but not required.

A memorial has been established in her name.
