Obituary
Glenndean Paxton, age 81 of North Platte, passed away Thursday September 11, 2014.
Glenndean was born on July 21, 1933 in Marysville, KS to Leon Glenn and Evelyn (McCarty) Paxton. She graduated from North Platte High School with the class of 1952. She cooked at a number of restaurants and was a maid at many hotels. She was a housekeeper for the Neville's for many years. She enjoyed crafts, reading and watching sports and cooking shows.
Glenndean is survived by her sister Nancy Fisher-Paxton of North Platte; 2 brothers Lynn (Mary Lou) Paxton of Denver and Frank (Loretta) Paxton of North Platte; 26 nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers James Robert, Wayne Arlin and Terry Edwin; and sisters Virginia Anderson, Ellen Sparks, Leonna Paxton, Helen Simco and Janet Pekrul.
Cremation was chosen and there will be no service. Those wishing to do so may send sympathy cards to Nancy Fisher at 303 West 10th, North Platte, NE 69101. Adams and Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
