Goldene (Goldie) Marie Roueche was born December 25, 1932 in Wallace, Nebraska to James and Mae (Britton) Bowen and departed this life Friday October 30, 2020 at Great Plains Health in North Platte, Nebraska.

Goldie and her husband Pete owned and operated the Hershey Flying Service in Hershey, Nebraska. Pete did aerial spraying locally as well as in Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. Later they quit spraying and started rebuilding wrecked spray planes especially Ag-Cats. Three daughters completed the family, Shirley, Betty and Kay.

Goldie was preceded in death by her husband Pete (the love of her life); daughters, Kay and Betty; her parents; three brothers, Bill, Gene, and Jimmy; two sisters, Maxine and Delphia.

She is survived by her daughter Shirley Krueger of Thornton, Colorado; Shirley's children Brad Krueger, Julie and Jeff Hurd, Valerie Frierichs; son Brett; granddaughter, Tina Edington and her children, Shanoah and her daughter Athena, Kaiden, Biancye, Hadley, Liberty; granddaughter Angie and Mike Nelson and children Taaun, Ellianna, Kahleena, Michael Jr., Beaudyn, Chett, Hailey and daughter Zaniah and Breah;  niece Brenda Bowen and granddaughter Samantha Boggs; sons in law John Adkins and Don Gedrose; as well as many other relatives and friends as well as her canine companion Ginger.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 6, 2020 at North Platte Cemetery with Pastor John Sexton officiating. Adams & Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
