Gwendolyn "Gwen" Lee Johnson, 66, of Sutherland, NE passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Sutherland Care Center.

Born August 2, 1954 in Wichita, Kansas she was the daughter of the late Richard and Evelyn (Hudleston) Johnson.

Gwen spent most of her childhood and growing up in Cartago, CA. She worked most of her career as a CNA and then went on to become an over the road truck driver. She loved seeing the country over the road and especially enjoyed trips thru the desert.

Surviving are children, Michael McCullar of CA, Daniel McCullar of ID, Michele McCullar of CA, Tina Davis of Falls City, NE, and Joe Johnson and wife Ashley of Sutherland, NE; 13 grandchildren; sister, Romona Koltzau and husband Alan of VA. She was predeceased by brothers, Thor Johnson and Clifford Johnson.

Services are private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Adams & Swanson Funeral Home in North Platte, NE.
