Hazel "Hazey" Jean Diehl, one day shy of being eight months old, gained her angel wings on December 10, 2023.  Hazel was welcomed into this world on April 11, 2023, at Great Plains Health in North Platte, NE, to loving parents, Aimee Diehl and Dale Wiezorek.

She brought so much joy and happiness to her family with her many smiles, laughter, and her attempts to vocalize with her many forms of communication, including her "fake coughs" and laughs.  Although she had not started to crawl, she figured out that she could just roll to her destination which usually included her mommy's lap.  Hazel loved peek-a-boo with Hunter and Sawyer and hey loved her to pieces and were so proud to be her big brothers.

Hazel will be deeply missed and forever loved by her mom, Aimee; father, Dale; brothers, Hunter and Sawyer Diehl; grammy, Debbie Diehl; additional siblings, Rieley, Hayley, and Taylor; special people in her life, Paul and Gloria Kugler and aunties, Keri Findley and Aspen Golter.

She will be welcomed by those preceding her including her papa, Michael Diehl; great grandparents, Harold "Wag" and Jean Wagner; many other family members.

Adams & Swanson Funeral Home has taken special care of Hazel and there will be no visitation or service.  The family and friends of Hazel will say goodbye in a private celebration of life.
