Helen Charlotte Howard-Chamberlain, age 86, formerly of North Platte, passed away December 29, 2016 in Newport Coast, CA. Local services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday February 10, 2017 at First Presbyterian Church with Pastor Steve Nofel. Burial will follow at North Platte Cemetery. Those who to wish to may sign the register book from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Thursday February 9, 2017 at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.
