Jennetta Kay (Nave) Hansen, age 76, of North Platte, formerly of Gibbon, died July 30, 2026 at Great Plains Health. She was born August 5, 1949 in Hayti, Missouri to Alfred and Mary (Stanley) Nave.

Jennetta graduated from Gibbon High School with the class of 1967. She married Phillip Buso and to this union a daughter, Faith was born. In 1978, Jennetta married Ned Hansen and the couple made their home in North Platte. She worked at the Holiday Inn, Airport Inn, and the North Platte Country Club, where her outgoing personality and ability to talk to anyone shined.

Survivors include her mother, Mary Nave of Gibbon; her daughter Faith Buso of Omaha; and several other family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her father; and her husband Ned. Services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday August 4, 2026 at Adams & Swanson Chapel with Pastor Job Vigil officiating. An additional service will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday August 6, 2026 at the Gibbon Baptist Church in Gibbon, NE with the Pastor Taylor Shippy officiating. Burial will be at the Riverside Cemetery at Gibbon, NE. Visitation will be 12-7 P.M. Monday August 3, 2026 at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
