Lenny Gail Matson, 70, of North Platte, passed away at his home. He is in better hands now with God and has no more pain.

He worked in the restaurant industry, roofing, North Platte Sanitation and factories before his disability and retirement at age 60. He also served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing, boating, camping and watching TV.

Survivors include his sisters, Cheryl Clarkson, Ronda Morgan, Cindy (Ken) Fischer; brothers, David Matson, Randy (Chris) Matson, Robby Matson; and several nieces and nephews.

Lenny was preceded in death by his grandparents, mother, father, youngest sister, a nephew, aunts and uncles.

Cremation was chosen and burial will be held at a later date.

Adams and Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
