Linda Christie Baca, 76, of North Platte passed away February 22, 2026 at her home. She was born on February 15, 1950 to Kenneth and Anna (Stuehm) Fleshman in North Platte.

Linda attended and graduated from Ogallala High School. She then went on to business school in Lincoln. She worked at TRW and a CPA office in Ogallala, Weathercraft in North Platte, Clerk of the Courts in Jefferson County, Colorado. She then moved to North Platte where she worked at Cabelas Call Center and then from home for Cabelas.

Linda was very sharp witted and spoke her mind. She was also very giving to her family and friends and made friends very easily. Linda was very artistic and a good sketching artist. Linda loved her pets, and she especially loved her grandchildren.

Survivors include children, Terry Baca of North Platte, Andrea (Mitch) White of Jennings, LA; grandchildren, Brance Baca-White of Austin, TX, Briar Baca-White of Jennings, LA, Brea Baca-White of Natchitoches, LA, Taehya M. Baca, Sophia C. Baca, and Destiny J. Baca of North Platte; great granddaughter, Maggie Durr of Jennings, LA; sisters, Carol Fleshman of North Platte, Susan (Wes) Bremenkamp of Johnstown, CO, Judith Wright of North Platte; uncle, George Stuehm of Reno, AZ; numerous other family members and friends.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Anna; niece, Hilery Mesloh.

Graveside services will be held 3:00 P.M.(MST), Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Ogallala Cemetery with Pastor Daniel Ramsey officiating. Adams & Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
