Mary Claire Arnold

Born August 10th, 1954 in Omaha, NE to Deane and Vera Jenkins.

Mary grew up in Denver, Colorado. After she moved around a bit, Mary came to North Platte, where she met her beloved husband Don Arnold, whom she loved fiercely. Mary was known for her stubbornness and quick, sassy remarks. She lived up to the label of redheads being fiery. She also had a generous heart and loved her family beyond words.

Mary is survived by her daughter Michelle Sterling of North Platte; grandchildren, Casey Sterling of Stuttgart, Germany and Kaitlin Sterling of Sherman Oaks, California, both of whom she loved dearly and moved heaven and earth for; brother, Ted (Deanna) Jenkins of Gering, NE; sister, Barb Adams of Scottsbluff, NE; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Don Arnold; parents; brother, Michael Jenkins; sister, Jackie White.

She will join Don in a graveside burial in Sutherland. Arrangements are pending with Adam-Swanson Funeral Home.
