Patricia Ann "Patty" Cheever, age 54, of North Platte passed away March 30, 2020 at Great Plains Health.

Patty was born July 12, 1965 in North Platte to Robert Glen and Alice (Borron) Cheever Sr. She grew up in North Platte. Patty worked as a waitress and housekeeper for many years. In 1982 Patty married Ricky James Cheever in North Platte where the two made their home.

Patty like to camp, fish, spend time with her family, float the river, listen to music, and enjoy her adult beverages. She will be remembered as a wonderful person and will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her children, Desiree (Allen) Cheever Johnston, and Melissa Cheever all of North Platte; grandchildren, Shala, Ciara, Sophia, Ricky-Allen; father, Robert Glen Cheever Sr. of North Platte; brother, Robert Glen Cheever Jr. of North Platte; sister, Terry Dishman of North Platte; and longtime friend, David Martin of North Platte.

She was preceded in death by her mother; husband, Ricky; and many other family members.

Cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Adams & Swanson Funeral Home is assisting family with arrangements.
