Vicky V Chase Moore 79, of North Platte, Nebraska, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Linden Court after a long journey with Alzheimer's.

She was born May 13, 1943 to Raymond and Doris Fern (Wright) Chase in Omaha, Ne. Vicky graduated from North Platte High School in 1961. She married Ed Moore in 1963 and to this union 3 children were born. Her love of crafting led her to open a craft supply store. After a few years her interests changed so she turned that into an exotic bird shop. She enjoyed raising parrots and many other kinds of birds. Vicky liked to stay busy and worked at many different businesses in town until she retired from Country Joy.

She didn't know a stranger and shared a hug with everyone. Vicky enjoyed gardening whether planting flowers or picking vegetables. Gathering together with her family & especially her grandkids were some of her favorite times.

She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter Karissa and grandson Jacob.

Vicky is survived by her children, Monty (Kathy) Moore of Hutchinson, KS, Steven (Deb) Moore of Hershey and Brenda (Chris) Jolliffe of North Platte; grandchildren Anna(Christian) Patterson, Jessica (Stephen) Burtin, Amy, Andy, Tyler & Jaden Moore, Michael (Emily), Steven & Larissa Torres, Nathaniel Hutton, Natalie (Nick) Christensen and Benjamin Jolliffe; eighteen great grandchildren; brothers Dean (Barb) Chase and Dale (Jackie) Chase; Aunt Lila Huguenin; special friends Merlee Hudson and Karen Chase.

Services will be held 10:00 A.M., Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home with Pastor Wade Hudson officiating.  Inurnment will follow at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens. Book signing will be from noon -5, Wednesday, June 22, at Adams & Swanson Funeral who is in charge of arrangements.

The service will be live streamed via the Adams & Swanson Facebook page for those unable to attend.
