Wayne Thomas LeBlanc, 76, of Ogallala, Nebraska, passed away December 27, 2023 at Great Plains Health in North Platte, Nebraska. He was born April 7, 1947 to Paul and Anita (Bouchard) LaBlanc, in Providence, Rhode Island. Cremation was chosen. Adams & Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of assisting the family.
