Willadean Vonceil Barnoski, 95, of North Platte, passed away April 23, 2025.  She was born the oldest of three children to Otis and Zelma (Nicholas) Hewit on the Dillon Ranch just north of Hershey on November 2, 1929.

Willadean was raised in North Platte where she lived most of her life and raised her children,  Carolyn, Linda, Darrell, Debra, Tom, and David.  In 1967, she met Donald Barnoski through a nanny job and the couple was married in 1969.  For a short time, the family lived in Colorado but returned to Nebraska to take of the farm and raise hogs.  Willadean loved being a farm wife and homemaker.  She was an active woman with many hobbies including sewing, completing crossword puzzles, and playing the organ.  Faith was important; Bible studies and reading her Christian books was done daily.  She will be remembered for her loving, caring, and patient spirit, as well as, her welcoming attitude

Survivors include six children, Carolyn (Dick) Barker, Linda (Randy) Laubner, Darrell Perkins, Debra Fitzsimons, Tom Perkins, David Perkins; grandchildren, Tammy (Tom), Donald, Keila (Chris), Daniel (Brandi), Joe (Sarah), Paul, Alisha, Motika (Matt), Trina, Chris, Candice, Trevor (Amber), Kayla, Jon, Amy (Brady); several great grandchildren; sisters, Bernadine, Delorse; nieces, nephews, and other family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Zelma; husband, Don.
